About Us

Gordon ‘N’ Gordon Builders was born out of the continued growth and success of Gordon ‘N’ Gordon Interiors, as we expanded our scope from interior construction to full-scale development and general contracting.



Founded by brothers Stew and Brad in 1986, Gordon ‘N’ Gordon Interiors quickly established itself as a leading force in construction on Vancouver Island and throughout British Columbia. Over the years, the company became the largest steel stud and drywall contractor on Vancouver Island and one of the largest in Western Canada.

With a proven track record and decades of hands-on experience in construction, the natural next step was to move into the development and general contracting space. After years of building single-family homes, multifamily residences, commercial spaces, and subdivisions, Gordon ‘N’ Gordon Builders was officially incorporated in 2021.



Since then, we’ve completed numerous successful projects across Vancouver Island, helping shape the Greater Victoria region with quality developments that stand the test of time. Our work spans single-family homes, townhomes, multifamily buildings, commercial spaces, and large-scale subdivisions.
